I can’t tell you how many times we’ve made special trips to Chicago or went out of our way to get to a Portillo’s location when we’ve been in Chicago. That chocolate cake is amazing and the beef dogs are the best. We just got news this morning that the 48th franchise will be coming to Normal and they don’t have a location picked yet, but the excitement of Portillo’s in Normal. I can’t wait.
